Hi there,

Most dentists think their biggest challenge is pricing.

Or marketing.

Or sometimes even their clinical skill.

But in my experience, that isn’t where the real problem is.

  • Patients don’t decide based on logic.
  • They decide based on how they feel.
  • And then they justify it with logic afterwards.

Which means…

  • You can explain things perfectly.
  • You can be completely clear.
  • You can even be clinically excellent.

And still hear:

“I’ll think about it.”

Because you’re speaking to the logical part of the brain...

...but decisions are happening somewhere else.

Once you understand what’s really driving your patients, everything changes.

  • Conversations feel easier.
  • Patients see more value.
  • And decisions start to shift naturally.

I’ve recorded a short video breaking this down:

If it resonates, you can join me in Sydney on May 23rd where I’ll show you how to apply this in a practical, real-world way in your own practice:

This is the difference between talking about treatment...

...and helping patients truly want it.

But start with the video.

It might completely change how you think about patient decisions.

See you soon,
Barry
