Peter Barnard: Dental health pioneer helped combat tooth decay


Associate Professor Peter Barnard, who died in November, leaves a powerful legacy of work in the field of dental public health... He produced 200 publications including reports to universities, WHO, governments, the World Dental Federation and the Australian Dental Association. His distinguished research career culminated in the prestigious doctorate in dental science from Sydney University in 1991 and the Alan Docking Science Award from the International Association for Dental Research in 1993.

Health fund HBF snaps up TDM stake in Pacific Smiles
