We are looking at partnering opportunities with experienced Dental Clinicians who are seeking relocation opportunities, security and steady career paths. We seeking lead dentists with proven production results to settle into our practices and build a patient following and take over existing patients. Very attractive relocation packages are available from flights/moving costs/temporary accommodation for the first three months or a lump sum for you to make it work. The skills and experience sought will need to cover a broad range of clinical expertise from implants/orthodontics/ endodontics and general restorative/cosmetic dentistry, or a willingness to train where gaps apply. If you are interested in learning more about facial aesthetics we have an established service offering in Botox, fillers, threading and cosmetic peels.
Our dentist or dental specialists will:
- Possess 3-5 plus years clinical experience, and be competent in all aspects of general dentistry;
- Have experience or an be willing to train in implant surgery;
- Have proven production figures and a track record at an established practice;
- Be willing to relocate, and integrate into the local community to develop local networks;
- Pro-actively develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, visitors and colleagues to facilitate the achievement of successful Practice goals;
- Mentor other clinicians and be open to educational programs and progressive dentistry;
- Actively work to create a harmonious team, encouraging inclusion of all team members and building a positive team culture;
- Be results focused with an appreciation of priorities and be able to act on these with appropriate speed and urgency.
- Be willing to work through a transition period if applicable with the current Practice Principals in a cohesive and mutually respective manner.
