A win for ADA with new masks sourced


With thousands of Australian dental practices facing imminent closure and the dental health of Australians in jeopardy, the Australian Dental Association (ADA) applauds the Federal Government for sourcing a new supply of masks. Today (Sunday 8th March) the Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt announced the dental and medical professions would together receive 54 million masks.

Suspended Smiles Inclusive reports $1m lifeline


An embattled Gold Coast-based dental company in absentia on the ASX has an ace up its sleeve after receiving a binding agreement from a sophisticated investor to raise $430,000 for working capital. Smiles Inclusive (ASX: SIL) says the investor has also promised a further $570,000 later in the half. The company was suspended from the ASX earlier this month after failing to lodge its half-year audit on time.
