Health watchdog probes alleged rort of super scheme for dental veneers


Australia’s health regulator, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), is investigating allegations that one of the country’s largest dental practices ‘Dental Boutique,’ misused an early access superannuation scheme intended for patients with chronic pain and life-threatening conditions.

Regional Dentists Enticed with Generous Incentives


The Cook Government has allocated $900,000 to help strengthen the capacity of dental services for people living in rural and remote Western Australia. The package allows new and existing regional dentists and dental therapists to receive an incentive payment provided they are working in an endorsed site before 31 January 2025.
